Do I need to buy GPS devices?
No. Echo uses the smartphones your drivers already carry as GPS trackers. There is no hardware to buy, install or maintain — that's the whole point.
How long does setup take?
About five minutes per vehicle: the driver downloads the app, signs in, and the vehicle appears on your live map. A whole fleet is typically running the same day.
How accurate is the tracking?
Background tracking updates every 2 minutes; active navigation reports every 2 seconds. GPS accuracy is typically 5–10 meters, device-dependent.
What happens without signal?
Everything keeps working. Locations, proofs and timestamps queue on the device with their original times and sync automatically when coverage returns — zero data loss.
What does proof of delivery include?
Up to 5 photos, a digital signature, GPS coordinates and a timestamp for every stop — exportable and stored per your plan's retention.
Can Echo manage vehicle documents?
Yes. Store registration, insurance and inspection documents with expiry alerts; on Enterprise, OCR extracts the data automatically.

Why is the driver app Android-only?
